Company Secretary / Legal Adviser

Sumbo Ogunlade has about 20 years of professional experience spanning commercial law, corporate law and governance of which 16 years have been within the property and real estate sector. With a degree in Law from the University of Ilorin (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Law (BL) from the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Sumbo Ogunlade commenced her career as a legal officer with the Firm of Diya, Fatimilehin &co, where she attended to all the firm’s legal-related issues including drafting of contracts and litigations. Sumbo Ogunlade was also opportune to work in both the Property Management department and the Sales department as the Head of the department respectively. She was later in the year 2018 promoted to the position of Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, a position she still holds to date.

Sumbo Ogunlade is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSAN) and presently the Principal Partner of SeedFaith Solicitors, a law office versed in corporate, property and family law, where she serviced a diverse range of clients across several industries.
