Associate/ Head of Valuation

Iyiade Adebiyi is an Associate of Diya, Fatimilehin & Co, who is responsible for Valuation Portfolio firm-wide. He doubles as the Head of Valuation having acquired a wide experience in valuation of diverse categories of Assets. With a second class upper degree in Estate Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Adebiyi commenced his career in Diya, Fatimilehin & Co over 17 years ago. He has served clients from different strata ranging from public, private, multi-nationals etc, cutting across industries and representing the firm as team lead in various valuation projects. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS) and a registered member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
