On March 10, 2022, the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria had her International women Day Conference – themedBoardroom Readiness: Enlightening and Equipping women,in Oriental hotel lekki, which focused on preparing women for boardroom responsibilities and similar managerial position. During the conference, attendees were given opportunities to share opinion, thought and suggestions on the strength of women with emphasis to do more better. The conference had in attendance one Keynote Speaker,Dr. Awosika and seven (7) panellist. Nkemdilim Uwaje Begho, Egbert Imomoh, Zelda Akindele, Audrey Joe-Ezigbo, Bimbola Wright, Bola Tinubu, Ese Nkadiwho urged women to develop their skills and do better.
