Mireille Andrianarisoa
National Vice-President of AHPM and Owner of a Private Clinic. It was with great pleasure that I took part in the FOASPS training course on advocacy organised in Antsirabe, Madagascar. It was my first exposure to the subject, especially in terms of strategy. It was from this training that I was able to take a big step forward in the way we manage our association. I particularly appreciated the outdoor experience we had and the way the group work was organised. If I had to give an overall mark to this training course, it would be 18/20 to the FOAPS team.

Yadel Lydia Sandimanie
Executive Coordinator (HFL)My general impression of the FOASPs training on country federations was insightful and a great impactful learning experience for my role in HFL. One thing I took away from the course was how to collate information and compile a general report effectively.

Peter Egwuda
Programs Manager for the Healthcare Federation of NigeriaMy overall impression of the FOASPS training on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tracking was quite positive. The training was comprehensive and provided valuable insights into the significance of KPIs in monitoring and evaluating performance. The instructors were knowledgeable and effectively conveyed the concepts and practical applications of KPIs. One key aspect I appreciated was the emphasis on aligning KPIs with organisational goals and objectives. This strategic approach to KPI development ensures that performance measurement is directly tied to the achievement of broader outcomes.
